Banyule: A Different Perspective : EXHIBITION, FREE, INSTALLATION

    banyule a different persective

Photography, film, installation and soundscapes exploring another side of Banyule

Follow local artist Lisa Watson's journey around Banyule to uncover a multifaceted place filled with urban artwork, derelict buildings and textured sounds. For 18 months Lisa travelled around the suburbs of Banyule looking for more than the green, community orientated, family friendly area it's portrayed as. It started with a question 'What is beyond the trees?' Is there more to see?

Incorporates soundcapes by Jess Lovell and Art Adventure Bike Tours with Fiona Haaz.

Opening Night on Friday 28th April and runs until Sunday 7th May

At Cambridge Arcade, The Mall - Bell St, Heidelberg West.

The interactive space will be open from 10am - 2pm each day.
